Terms of Service

By creating a Cosmicore account, you agree to these Terms. Cosmicore is operated by an individual developer — not a registered company.

1. Who Can Use Cosmicore

• You must be 13 or older to create an account
• You must be 18 or older (or the legal adult age in your country) to purchase a Pro subscription
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account
• Multiple accounts to bypass free limits are not permitted

2. What Cosmicore Is

A productivity app featuring focus sessions, tasks, notes, calendar management, and a galaxy collection that grows as you focus. We may update or change features with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Prices in GBP. Your bank may apply a currency conversion rate
• Payments processed by Stripe — we never see your card details
• Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Subscriptions renew automatically — cancel anytime in Settings

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to Free. Your data is never deleted when you cancel.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer automatic refunds. If you have an issue, contact us at hellocosmicore@gmail.com. We review every request individually and may issue a refund at our discretion where genuinely warranted. If you are in the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which we will honour.

6. Your Content

You own everything you create in Cosmicore. We only store and process your content to provide the service — nothing else.

7. What You Must Not Do

• Use the app for anything unlawful
• Try to access another user's account or data
• Reverse-engineer or copy our code or design
• Use bots or automated tools on the app
• Use the app to spam, harass, or harm others

8. Google Integration

If you connect Google, you authorise us to read and write your Google Calendar on your behalf. Disconnect anytime from Settings.

9. Liability

Cosmicore is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and directly. Please contact us before taking any other action — we will always try to resolve things reasonably. Your local consumer protection laws always apply to you, regardless of where Cosmicore is operated from. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the mandatory laws of your own country.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified in-app.
